SECOND COLLECTION: Last weekend raised £730.90 for CAFOD Family Fast Day. Thank you very much.

 

SECOND COLLECTION: This weekend is for the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham.

 

CHILDREN’S LITURGY: Is available to all children aged 5-11 years old at the 10am Mass. We invite the children to come out to the hall/lounge after the entrance hymn and we return them at the Offertory.

 

THE BANNS OF MARRIAGE: For Adrian Smith and Catherine Heslin who will be getting married in May 2025 at St Peter’s Parish. This will be for the first time of asking. We pray for the couple during this time in preparation for their wedding.

 

STATIONS OF THE CROSS: Are at 7pm on Friday throughout Lent.

 

COFFEE MORNING: On Saturday April 5th from 10am to 12 noon there will be a Coffee Morning in the Parish Hall for Church funds so please support this. There will be a raffle. If you can give a prize or prizes for the raffle that will be much appreciated. Please bring raffle items on the day, thank you.

 

YOUR SYMPATHY: Is requested for the family and friends of Cynthia Connor who died on March 1st and whose funeral will take place in Church at 2pm on Thursday April 3rd followed by committal at Nene Valley Crematorium at 3pm. May she rest in peace.

 

JANET GIBBONS MEMORIAL QUIZ NIGHT: At the time of Janet’s funeral we raised over £700 for The British Lung Foundation. We, the family, would like to push this up to £1000, with your help. We thought a quiz night would be a fun way to do this, so please come and join us on Saturday March 29th 7:45pm in the Parish Hall. Bring a team or come on your own and we will find you one! Prizes to be won! Tea coffee and possibly cakes! Also a raffle!

 

FOODBANK DONATIONS: There is a comprehensive list of requested items at the back of Church (including tinned foods & household goods). Please keep the donations coming, as stocks are running low and demand is increasing more and more. Thanks to everyone for all the donations, both of goods and money!

 

GIFT AID ENVELOPES

Existing donors, please pick up your new box of envelopes from the back of church. If your box is missing or you no longer require one, please let us know.

New donors (tax payers) are always welcome. Remember, you can donate any amount whenever you like and it is all in complete confidence. If you are interested, please call in to the Parish Office.

 

ROSARY GATHERING: For the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord will take place at 6pm on Tuesday March 25th at Christ the Cornerstone Church, Milton Keynes MK9 2ES. All are welcome. See poster.

 

VACANCY: The Church has a vacancy for a handyman/woman to help with the maintenance of the Church and Presbytery utilities plus Health & Safety. Please contact the Parish Office if you can help. Training will be available.

 

LIVING FAITH: Daily scripture reflection magazine for April to June 2025 now in Church, priced £1:50.

 

ALTAR SERVERS RETREAT: Bishop David Oakley warmly invites all Altar Servers and their families to the annual Northampton Diocese Altar Servers Mass. This special celebration will take place at the Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate & St Thomas of Canterbury in Northampton on Saturday, June 28th at 11am. The Mass will be followed by refreshments in the St Thomas Centre. For further information and to confirm your attendance, please contact Deacon Peter Griffin at pfgriffin@hotmail.co.uk.
