FIRST HOLY COMMUNION: This weekend 16 children from our Parish will receive their First Holy Communion on Sunday at 12noon. Please pray for them and their families. Congratulations to the candidates
CHILDREN’S LITURGY: Is available to all children aged 5-9 years old at the 10am Mass. We invite the children to come out to the hall/lounge after the entrance hymn and we return them at the Offertory.
SVP PILGRIMAGE TO WALSINGHAM: Is on Sunday, July 7th, leaving Rushden at 8:45am and returning around 7pm. If you would like to join us please take one of the envelopes from the back of Church and bring it back with your contact details and the payment of £25 per person to cover the coach cost. If you need additional information ring the SVP on 07749 433000.
COFFEE MORNING: On Saturday June 1st, from 10am to 12 noon there will be a Coffee Morning in the Parish Hall for Church funds so please support this. There will be a cake sale and raffle. If you can donate a cake or cakes and a prize or prizes for the raffle that will be much appreciated; please bring especially cakes before 10am on the day. Thank you.
UNION OF CATHOLIC MOTHERS: Tuesday May 21st, Mass followed by the Rosary. UCM meeting and lunch.
FOODBANK DONATIONS: There is a comprehensive list of requested items at the back of Church (including tinned foods & household goods). Please keep the donations coming, as stocks are running low and demand is increasing more and more. Thanks to everyone for all the donations, both of goods and money!

THANK YOU: Catholic maritime charity Stella Maris (formerly called Apostleship of the Sea) is very grateful for this parish’s prayer and financial support of its work on Sea Sunday last year. TOUCHED BY GOD’S GRACE: Is a very special exhibition of arts which will be held at Northampton Cathedral as part of the Becket Festival on July 6th and 7th. We want your works that have been inspired by your own experience of God’s grace; drawings, paintings, printmaking, photography, textiles, film or sculpture. See poster on noticeboard for all the details.
PENTECOST IN THE PARK: Is today, Sunday May 19th at 2pm at Abington Park where there will be worship music, stalls and Christian fellowship. This is a great opportunity when different denominations come together as a public Christian witness. Hopefully there will be some sun too!
ROSARY GATHERING: To honour the Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be held on the vigil at 6pm on Thursday May 30th at Christ the Cornerstone Church, Milton Keynes MK9 2ES. See poster on noticeboard.
DISCERNMENT WORKSHOPS: A series of online workshops looking at the principles and practice of Ignatian Discernment will be held on May 28th, June 11th and June 25th June. They are open to young adults (20s and 30s). In these workshop we will consider what Ignatian spirituality teaches us about clarifying our choices, ways of listening to God’s Spirit in our lives and discerning the way forward.
