THE GIVING TREE AND OUR LORD’S LARDER: Thank you for your extremely caring and generous response to this worthy cause. Thanks also to my helpers who took so many full and heavy bags to the distribution centre. Cash donations since the beginning of Advent have amounted to a wonderful £211.05. God bless you all. Sue.

 

A BIG THANK YOU: To all who helped make Christmas 2019 special in church for all of us; for the team who helped with the PowerPoint slides, church cleaners, money counters, flower arranging teams on Monday and Tuesday, the Crib and Christmas tree arrangers and the altar server teams who served so well and in large numbers. A big thank you to you all.

 

CHILDREN’S ROSARY PRAYER GROUP: Will meet on Saturday January 4th at 10am in Church.

DONATION STATION: We are trialling the use of a Donation Station, a quick and secure way to donate your Offertory or Second Collection offering or pay for Repository items using contactless cards.

 

THE KEYS – CHRISTMAS EDITION: Is available at the back of the Church NOW! Those who have requested a large print edition will find it on the table in the Sacristy; if

you have not requested a large print edition but would like one please ask.

 

LIVING FAITH: Booklets for January to March 2020 are available from the back of church, priced at 80p each.

 

MONTHLY POUND: The draw for December takes place this weekend. November’s winners were: 1st S. Verity, no. 140 ~ £29.50; 2nd J. Gibbons, no. 101 ~ £20.00; 3rd M. Connelly, no. 84 ~ £10.00. £59.50 went to the Parish. January’s draw should take place the weekend of January 25th/26th. God bless. Stuart.

 

YOUTH MINISTRY GROUP: There will be a new Youth Ministry Group starting in January. If you would like more information about this, please put your name on the sheet at the back of church.

 

PARENTS OF FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CHILDREN: We are currently gathering the names of the children who would like to enter the Sunday school programme, which starts on January 5th after 10am Mass. Please enter name and contact details on the sheet at the back of the Church.

 

THE VINE’ Please take a copy of the January edition of your free Diocesan newspaper from the back of church.

 

EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT: Sunday: 2pm to 7pm; Monday: None; Tuesday: 10am to 7pm; Wednesday: 10am to 6:30pm; Thursday: 11am to 6pm; Friday: 11am to 6pm; Saturday: 2pm to 5:15pm.
